Gown hire is from 9 am Thursday to 5 pm Monday. If you need dates outside of those times, you must book for 2 weeks. The hire fee includes the cleaning. You simply return the gown after you have worn it... we do the rest. The bond is the same price as a single hire period... for example $150 hire will be $150 bond. We have recently relocated to a home studio in the lovely Settlers Hills area of Baldivis, just a 2-minute walk from the Baldivis Sports Complex on Eighty Road. The move has meant we can continue to give our clients the best prices and the best range of gowns in a relaxed environment...and don't worry, you do not actually come into our personal space. The studio has it's own entrance. All we ask is that you always park on our property and not on our neighbour's verge. Do I need to book an appointment or can I just walk in? Yes, you do need to book an appointment. Our easy-to-use booking form right here on our website is by far the best option. It takes just a few minutes and allows you to select from all the dates, times and changing rooms with available spaces. What type of booking do I need? Find My Perfect Gown - 1 Hour. We recommend this for clients coming for the first time. We find 1 hour is the perfect amount of time to go through the gowns, select your styles and try them on...often a few times too. Retry/Quick Visit - 30 min. If you have been to us before and want to retry a gown before you decide, this is ideal for you. Equally, if you have been called to say your gown order has arrived, this booking gives you ample time to try your gown on before you take it home. Are bookings free? Yes, they are completely free. We do not charge for our time spent with you, that includes all bookings and walk-ins. You only pay for the gown / accessories that your purchase or hire. Why should I become a Site Member? Site Members can easily control their own bookings. You will be able to see all your bookings, including previous ones. You will be able to change dates and times, and cancel if you no longer need the booking. It is fast and easy to create a profile and will allow you access to Member Only bonuses. Enter your birthday and receive a Birthday reward. How do I change / cancel a booking? The easiest way is to become a site member. It takes just a couple of minutes. Once done, it allows you to edit or cancel your booking directly. No need to email or call us to make the changes. If you do not wish to become a site member, simply call, email or message us via live chat. We will do the rest for you. What size range do you stock? We stock gowns from sizes 2 - 40. However, this is not from every designer. Many designers have a much smaller size range. What is your price range? Bridal gowns range from $300 - $3000 All other gowns to buy range from $99 - $800. Hire Me gowns range from $90 - $300. Clearance gowns start at $20. Accessories range from $22 - $300 Do you only stock branded gowns? Yes we do. We are proud to be a regional, and exclusive stockist of gowns from some of the best Australian, American and European designers. The full list of designers can be found on the Home page. Do you control how many of the same gown is sold or hired to the same event? Yes we do. Some gowns are very popular and are available in up to 54 colours. You wouldn't want to arrive at an event and see that many women in the same gown. We keep a list of every major event that a gown is sold/hired to. This includes all school balls, main awards nights, charity balls, services balls. We will allow a max of 2 of the same gown, but in different colours to be sold/ hired to that particular event. If the gown only has a few colour options, then only 1 gown will be allowed. Obviously, we cannot control gowns that have been brought elsewhere, but by keeping the list we reduce the risk of too many people wearing the same gown.
